HOW DO WE FIND THE RIGHT LOT?
If you don't already own a lot, we will help you find the right lot based on your interest. To help you make a sound decision, we will walk the lot of your choice with you. We will discuss the specific location of the lot within the subdivision, or rural area, the types of soil on the lot, any potential grading or drainage issues, the optimum position of your home on the lot, and any city, county, or plot requirements.
HOW CAN WE FIND THE BEST FLOOR PLAN FOR OUR NEW HOUSE?
Legacy Builders Construction has diverse and unique plans to choose from. if you don't already have a plan. We are willing and able to make changes to any house plan to make it fit your personal needs. We have an excellent drafting service ready and willing to work with you. If you already have a plan in mind, whether it's a sketch you made, a draft from the internet or a magazine, or a complete blueprint, we can help you decide how that can be improved to suit you.
ARE WE ABLE TO CHECK THE PROGRESS OF OUR HOME BUILD?
Absolutely, LBC is committed to clear, concise, and open communications at all times. We will take the time to explain the process and progression of your project in each phase.
WHAT REQUIREMENTS ARE NEEDED BEFORE I CAN START MY HOUSE?
Don’t worry, Legacy Builders Construction will obtain all city, state code requirements, permits, and inspections to construct your home. The customer simply has to obtain their financial approval from their lending institution of choice, and select the home plan and lot in which to build.
DOES LEGACY BUILDER'S CONSTRUCTION PROVIDE A WARRANTY FOR MY NEW HOME?
Every home we build is entirely warrantied for a full year, with a ten-year warranty provided for the structural elements of the home. We can provide you with hard copies or you may access an on-line copy of all warranties.
